I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were in a very bad condition, as expected for the budget, and it was cold with barely any hot water, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The dining was quick and easy, but the fried fish was not my favorite.
